1. Enhanced Analytics for Human Agents

(Peach Dashboard → Agents)

You can now get deeper insights into how your human agents are performing:

  • View total chats, unique chats, contacted & pending leads, and open windows — all in one place.

  • Click on any agent’s name to drill down into detailed stats, whether they’re in Sales, Support, or any other team.

  • New Advanced Filters to slice and dice data better:

    • Assigned To / Group / List

    • First Outbound / Last Outbound by

    • Previous Agents who handled the chat

    • Conversation creation dates

    • Inbound & Outbound date filters

    • Last Opened, Assigned, Closed dates

2. Round Robin Assignment for Escalations (Beta)

Say goodbye to manual escalation juggling!

  • When a chat needs escalation, our new Round Robin system smartly balances workloads.

  • Example: In your Customer Support team, if David has 6 chats, James has 4, and Tom has 1, the next escalated chat will automatically go to Tom.

  • Beta Access → Ping us if you’d like to enable this feature for your account.

3. Apps: Smarter Form Validation
Avoid WhatsApp’s red “Enter” validation errors while creating apps.
  • Simply enable the Prefillable Toggle when building your app forms.

  • Smooth, error-free experiences for both you and your users.

4. Chat Improvements

You can now copy & paste images, files, and documents directly into the message chat box:

  • Paste → Upload → Send ✅

  • No extra clicks, no friction, just faster communication.

Bug Fixes & Improvements
  • Broadcast API Enhancements → Duplicate contacts are now ignored automatically instead of leaving your broadcast stuck in Draft.

  • Business Phone Filters → Easily filter by specific business phone numbers when multiple numbers are attached to your account.
