Finegrained Permissions & Chat visibility controls

Enterprise customers can now configure exactly what each role can access in their Peach account. This vastly improves and at the same time simplifies the experience for users in these roles. Agents, for example, need not worry about Broadcasts or AI agents. Admin users can fine tune these permissions from your Peach account settings page.
Chat Visibility ControlsYou can now configure the levels of access agents, managers and admins have for chats. You can either have users access only chats assigned to them, or assigned to their teams, all chats or none at all (for users not talking to your customers).Improvements
