  • Chat Broadcast Audience Limits: Introduced audience caps on manual chat broadcasts initiated from the inbox to safeguard message quality.
  • Simulate and Test Handoffs: Added support for simulating and testing agent handoffs directly within the developer test interface.
  • Moengage Webhook Fix: Fixed Moengage reply webhook payload structure.
  • Bug Fixes: Fixed trigger condition processing when parameters are empty or nil.
