  • Quoted Message Previews — quoted messages now show image previews and file names, and you can navigate directly to the quoted message.

  • App-Flow Webhook Upgrade — initial_values now included in execution payloads.

 Hidden fields and original form inputs are preserved throughout the flow for reliable attribution and context.

  • Group Tagging in Reports — tag agent groups and use tags for filtering and analytics.
