New Features
Rich Media Card Carousel Templates
  • Showcase multiple products or options in one scrollable WhatsApp message

  • Add images, titles, and CTAs to each card for richer visual storytelling

  • Great for catalogs, comparisons, bundles, and multi-step offers

  • Get card-level CTA tracking to see which specific items in your carousel get the most engagement.

  • Combine these insights with standard broadcast analytics to understand overall performance and refine your offers.

WhatsApp Calls: Now Deeper, Faster, and Everywhere You Work

We’ve expanded WhatsApp Calling across the inbox and widget so your team can talk to customers without ever breaking flow.

Outbound Calls (Inbox + Widget)
Your agents can now place WhatsApp calls from:

  • The main inbox, with full conversation context open

  • The Peach widget, so they don’t need to switch screens or interrupt what they’re doing

Calls go out from your verified business profile, giving customers instant trust and higher pickup rates.

Inbound Calls
If a customer calls your verified number:

  • It appears inside Peach with caller identity

  • The call timeline, notes, follow-ups, and transcript all stay attached to the same WhatsApp thread

Missed calls automatically create an event inside the conversation so agents never lose track

UI & Navigation Updates
  • Simplified navbar: removed Design, moved Apps into the Admin menu, and renamed Broadcasts to Outreach.


  • Apps listing now combines draft + published apps with All and Draft filters, plus state badges.


  • Added a secondary WhatsApp Templates button on the Outreach page for quick access.

Calls Listing & Inbox Improvements
  • Calls queue table cleaned up by removing the Actions column and call notifications.


  • Chat inbox now allows:


    • Opening a call flow from within the chat (does not auto-dial).


    • Jumping directly to the dialer listing.


  • Calls listing is now scoped to show agents only the calls they handled.


  • Removed unused call actions like Add to Queue and simplified the calls table.

  • Clearer handling and tracking of missed and failed calls.


  • Smoother navigation and transitions across the inbox and widget during call workflows.

Smarter Round Robin Assignment

Round-robin routing now distributes conversations more fairly across agents, fixing earlier edge cases around uneven load.


Search & Reporting Enhancements
  • Phone number search now supports spaces between the numbers.


  • Reports now respect the account’s time zone.


  • Fixed an issue where reply counts were being shown as zero.
