Freshsales CRM Integration (Now Live)

Peach AI now connects directly with Freshsales CRM:

• Sync leads, contacts, and activities between platforms automatically.

• Create or update Freshsales records straight from chat interactions.

• Add notes and tasks that link directly to CRM contacts or deals.

• Manage your CRM workflows without leaving Peach.

How to connect Freshsales:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Freshsales.

2. Enter your Freshsales API Key

3. Add your Freshsales Domain.

4. Click Connect and you’re done! 

Enhanced CSV Reports

CSV exports now include escalated chat details, helping you track where and when AI handoffs occur.

• New “Escalated from AI” activity type visible in exports (chat activities section).

Connect to Internal APIs via MCP + OAuth
